When working alongside your ID team, we provide sources for the furniture, lighting and decor required for the project. As part of our service, we will work with your team to ensure the preliminary budget is met while establishing timelines and checking stock availability.

As part of our procurement service, we organize and handle the shipping, duties and brokerage required to land the project in our warehouse. Logistics costs are pre-calculated prior to ordering, so that no hidden fees crop up during the procurement process.

Once an order is approved, CF’s team will create and execute all purchases orders, receive acknowledgments, send deposits and establish timelines for delivery. During this time, the entire order is tracked in one place for ease of review 24/7.

Depending on the project location, CF’s team will organize access to one receiving warehouse that will collect all procurement items in one place. When working locally in Vancouver or Calgary, we’ll use our local warehouses to save you costs on receiving, and offer 60 days free storage.

When ready, our CF team will organize white glove delivery and installation for your project. All items are tagged and installed based on the provided furniture schematic from the ID team. After installation, our CF team will be on hand for client-after care to handle freight damage or manufacturer defect replacements.
