Description:

CF Interiors is currently seeking an administrative professional for Design & Trade sales team. We are looking for an outgoing and sales focused individual who is confident presenting to group of people. You must also be excellent at multi-tasking, a strong administrator and able to work well under pressure.

About the Role:

As a D+T Sales Administrator you are responsible for overseeing the operations of the Designer + Trade sales team for CF Interiors North Vancouver location. You are responsible for planning and maintaining processes, procedures, and enable sales team to provide optimal customer service for our designer clients. Ideally helping and encourage the optimum performance of the program and sales team through resources within that department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinating and responding to daily emails, phone calls and in-store conversations for all sales inquiries, follow ups for current orders and overall sales support for all sales
  • Designer + Trade program after sales order management
  • Help manage Designer + Trade Program accounts and portal information
  • Admin work such as sourcing, quoting, reviewing and editing orders
  • Create a welcoming and enjoyable store culture for designers by development of staff to ensure appropriate greeting and meeting
  • Maintaining an accurate and up to date data and correspondence between store/head office
  • Preparing product presentations, furniture schedules and quotes
  • Participating in discussions and sharing ideas to contribute to the overall success of the program
  • Coordinate for the Sales Team and Director of the Design & Trade division - Designer outreach emails, research trending designers and design firms and prospect clients
  • Assist in planning and coordinating designer related in-store events

Experience required:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

Skills Required:

  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Detailed and organized
  • Self-motivated and a team player

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)
