1. Partial commission cheques: Due to our volume and accounting volume, we can no longer send Designer Commission cheques out for partial orders being shipped. Commission checks will be mailed out 60 to 90 days after the final item has been delivered.
2. Restocking fees: Due to space constraints, USD conversion rates and freight increases, our margins no longer absorb the cost to take product back, our Restocking fees have increased to 50% on paid value of any items returned. Any piece of furniture customized from the manufacturer’s specifications or using COM (Customer’s Own Material) is considered a custom order and is a non-refundable, final sale.
Lighting:
• 25% Restocking Fee | ‘Portable’ lighting fixtures - floor lamps and table lamps.
• Final Sale | ‘Installed’ fixtures - sconces, pendants, chandeliers.
