Senior Administrator - North Vancouver

CF Interiors is a local, family owned business that has been in operation for over 40 years. We are currently seeking an administrative and multi-tasking superstar who is detail oriented, works well under pressure and is able to handle a multitude of administrative tasks and duties. The ideal candidate will be well organized, excellent at communication, timely in responses and will have a passion for administration and customer service

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Provide direct support to the sales team
  • Enter and process urgentorder requests
  • Receive inventory and assist with pricing
  • Accounts receivable - collecting payment from clients
  • Communication point person for all information shared between Head Office and the Store
  • Send all new claims requests to Claims Manager
  • Open and distribute mail
  • General filing
  • Order office supplies for the store
  • Daily cash-out reconciliation
  • Assist Marketing Manager and Sales Manager with in-store event planning
Skills Required:
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Detailed and organized
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
  • Adaptable to change and willing to take on new responsibilities within the administrative role

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $45,000.00 per year
