Due to an increase in orders and projects with longer lead times, our 60 day free warehousing policy will start when 75% of your order has arrived at our North Vancouver warehouse. You will be notified when you have reached this point, and when your free warehousing will expire.
After 60 days, storage fees of $20.00 per square foot will apply, billed on a monthly basis. Please plan accordingly with your Account Manager to receive storage quotes ahead of time when necessary.
60 days free storage once the majority of the order has been received (approx. 75%)
No free storage on clearance or floor models
$20.00 per square foot after 30 days is charged
All large scale commercial projects will result in $20.00 per square foot storage fee
