    Our premiere delivery service where our teams deliver your furniture to your home, assemble and place items in the room of your choice. Our teams are made up of our warehouse employees as well as trusted delivery service providers. All delivery personnel are highly experienced and knowledgeable about the furniture they are delivering.

    Our teams ensure homes are protected from point of entry to the interior location by doing a preliminary walk through. We will unwrap each piece, place it in your home and confirm the product is clean and presentable. Our White Glove Service also includes removal of all packaging materials from your home.

    Our White Glove Service starts at $199. Final price will vary depending on the scope of work. To find out the cost for a specific order to your delivery address, please contact our customer service team for a quote.

    BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY
     
    WE WILL CONTACT YOU
    Once your order has been placed, our customer service team will contact you with a quote for white glove delivery. Upon arrival of your order, we will contact you to make an appointment for the delivery of your order. We deliver during our standard warehouse hours of operation (Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
     
    YOU CHOOSE YOUR DELIVERY TIME
    You will receive an automated phone call 24 to 48 hours before delivery to schedule a 2 hour window. This way, you can easily plan your day according to this delivery period.
     
    WE'LL KEEP YOU POSTED
    CF Interiors is in constant contact of their trucks so that we can keep you informed of any traffic delays or delays in delivery.

    IN-HOME SERVICE

    WHAT TO EXPECT
    Our delivery team of two personnel will assemble and install your furniture; place it where you want it and take care to dispose of all the packaging before leaving.


    PREPARING FOR YOUR DELIVERY
    Please ensure you are available to receive the product at the time slot communicated to you and the space your products are going to be placed is clear.

    To prepare your home for a safe and quick delivery, be sure to set your rugs in their proper place and remove any possible tripping hazards, remove any frames or artwork from walls that may be susceptible to damage, secure any low-hanging light fixtures, remove doors (if necessary), and place any pets in another room of your home.

    If you live in a building that requires the use of an elevator, be sure to book its use in advance. Please advise of any special accommodations required in your home such as steep driveway, narrow doors or hallways, interior stairs, corners, entry points, and/or low hanging fixtures.

    Our delivery teams have the right to refuse to deliver a piece if they believe they would risk their own health and safety. Examples include, but are not limited to: icy/slippery walkways, damaged pathways, unsecure location, and loose animals. No refunds will be given on delivery charges of items that do not fit and are returned.


    INSPECTING YOUR MERCHANDISE
    Our team thoroughly inspects every product before it leaves our warehouse, however it is important that you take the time to inspect the merchandise to be sure that there are no damages or manufacturer’s defects. Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign as acceptance of your merchandise and affirm that it is free of damage and visible manufacturer’s defects. If you should notice any damages or manufacturer’s defects upon delivery of your furniture, you must note it on the Delivery & Pick Up Disclaimer while our delivery team is in your home so that we can properly assess the nature of the issue and deal with it accordingly. If you find any defects, please email your sales associate or customerservice@cfinteriors.ca within 24 hours to report them.

    TIPS FOR ORDERING + DELIVERY

    MEASURE BEFORE YOU ORDER
    Before you order, be sure to measure every entryway into your home, as it is your responsibility to make sure that the items will fit. If you live in a building that requires use of an elevator, please ensure items will fit into the elevator as well. This is especially important when ordering furniture, mattresses and fixtures, as these items tend to be the hardest to get into your home. If items do not fit into your home, we do not refund delivery. See our measuring guide if you are unsure. Items that are unable to be delivered can be returned, but are subject to the specifications for each item on our return policy.
